When you receive your order, make sure that you open and thoroughly inspect it for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Our blinds are custom made based on your measurements and specifications and are not returnable. Should you receive your blind with a defect in material or workmanship, we will arrange for a repair or replacement. The manufacturer may require visual proof of the defect.
Our blinds and shades are manufactured under first quality standards, utilizing the highest quality materials and workmanship. All of our products are backed by a 5-year limited warranty starting from the date of the original purchase. American Blinds, Wallpaper & More warrants that all of its blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided that the blinds were installed properly and recommendations were followed with regard to size limitations and specifications.
We provide a 5-year Limited Warranty on all mechanical and moving parts on our blinds for normal usage. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, exposure to the elements, including exposure to salty air, humidity, and discoloration due to sunlight, smoke, or the passage of time is not covered by this warranty. Warping of wood or PVC products or the discoloration, deterioration, brittleness, cracking, breaking, or fading of fabrics, vinyl and edge groovers used for verticals are also not covered by this warranty.
In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, just contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible and we'll arrange for the repair of your blind, or replacement with like or similar product, if the blind is not repairable. Our warranties are extended only to the original purchaser of the blinds. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
