Width - Left to Right
- Measure the window width at the top, middle, and bottom (round down to the nearest 1/8").
- Use the smallest of the 3 measurements for the width.

Do not make any deductions. The manufacturer will make the necessary deductions.

Height - Top to Bottom
- Measure exact window height at left, middle, and right side (round up to the nearest 1/8").
- Use longest height of the 3 measurements.

For vertical blinds and roller shades, use the shortest measurement.

Width - Left to Right
- Measure exact width (left to right) of the window frame.
- Make sure to measure wide enough to cover the entire window. Add a minimum of 4" for overlap (minimum 2" per side) for optimum light control and privacy.

The manufacturer does not take additional deductions.

Height - Top to Bottom
- Measure exact height (top to bottom) from top inside edge to window sill, (round up to nearest 1/8").
- Add a minimum of 3" to the height for optimum light control.
