High speed technology allows us to electronically place orders with manufacturers within minutes. Our manufacturers begin to process your order immediately. Please contact us within 24 calendar hours to request a cancellation. Cancellations are subject to a manufacturer's written confirmation. Even so, in most situations we will not be able to cancel the order.

Delivery Time (back to top and menu)
Production and delivery times are an estimate based on business days (i.e. weekends and holidays are excluded). Estimated Delivery is calculated from the date of the order and is subject to product availability. Backorders on fabrics or materials may result in a delay. The time it takes to make a custom window treatment varies by product and manufacturer. For an approximate timetable, please refer to Production and Delivery Estimates.

That's why you'll get FREE Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for all your decorating needs. (Some large items may incur an additional oversize freight charge.) No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses.

Backorders and Discontinued Products (back to top and menu)
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and we do our best to ensure an adequate on-going supply of inventory with our manufacturers. However, some factors affect inventory levels which may unexpectedly cause a backorder situation. For example, we may experience an overwhelming response on a particular item or the manufacturer is out of materials to produce the product. In rare instances, a pattern or product may be put on backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer.

Processing Fee (back to top and menu)
This flat fee covers the handling and fulfillment of your order, regardless of quantity or value.  We recently lowered this fee from $7.95 to $5.95 due to increased processing efficiencies.  We are pleased to pass this savings on to you!

Oversized Freight Charge (back to top and menu)
A carrier freight charge is applied to any product 94" wide and over. Products this size exceed the maximum width allowed for UPS ground shipping, Federal Express or DHL. Your purchase will arrive by common carrier.

Only blinds and wallpaper can be sent by air. Home accessories and custom products can only be shipped ground transportation. 2nd Day/Next Day air charges are not refundable.

Alaska/Canada/Hawaii Shipping (back to top and menu)

To ship to Alaska, Canada, or Hawaii, please use a freight forwarder. A freight forwarder will allow for the secure shipment of products. They handle shipment, taxing, customs, and duties. This is a very useful service when moving product from the US to Canada.
